TVXQ is celebrating their 20th anniversary since debuting in Japan with a commemorative album and a live tour.

The tour will conclude with a final performance at Tokyo Dome on the 27th, marking their 30th solo concert at the venue and a total of 89 dome concerts across Japan — the highest ever by any foreign artist.
SM Entertainment established its Japan branch in 2001 and built a strong K-pop foundation through localization strategies with artists like TVXQ and BoA.
Recently, SM has expanded into local group projects such as JO1 and INI, and launched the ‘Bubble for Japan’ platform to connect artists with fans.
An SM official stated, “With our culture technology, the potential for further growth in Japan is significant.”
