Blackpink Jenny is returning as a solo artist in October. 

The agency, OA Entertainment, said Jenny will be partnering with Columbia Records to release a solo single in October. 

This is the first solo activity in about a year since "You and Me," which was announced last year. 

Columbia Records is a large record label affiliated with famous pop stars such as Beyoncé and Adele, and plans to fully support Jenny's activities. 

Jenny has already set her first records as a K-pop female solo artist, including 1 billion streams on Spotify and 1 billion views on music videos.
